After my 1/2 marathon in January I have not been running. I did something funky to my knee during that race and could not comfortably run. I started slacking on my exercise at the gym as well. Some of my friends at work started loosing weight and gaining muscle and I found out they were doing P90X. So I started it a couple of weeks ago, and it is not easy, but I love it because now I have an exercise plan I can do at home. =) Loving it!
After the 8 mile run day before yesterday I sure slowed down today! This was my last “run” before the 1/2 marathon on Sunday. Maybe I’ll do just a quickie mile tomorrow for kicks. =)

I have not been documenting all my workouts, but let’s just say I have not been very consistent thru the holidays. I got in around 8 miles today and I know I can bust out 13 on Sunday. I can’t believe it’s almost here!!
